All orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. All items have their own delivery schedule and are noted on items information page. When selecting delivery options (i.e., UPS 2nd Day Air), please note this is the time of delivery after the set manufacturer's schedule noted for each item. For example, an item takes 1-2 weeks. This item would then be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air within this 1-2 weeks timeslot. Should an item be unavailable due to manufacturer limitations, you will be notified within 2 business days via email or telephone. All dress orders (i.e. flowergirl, boys suits and tuxedos) may have longer deliver times. Engraved items please allow 2 weeks engraving time. Dress and engraved items are non-refundable or returnable unless defective. Orders may be tracked using the UPS tracking number given once your order is shipped.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All orders for dresses are final sales and are not returnable or refundable, unless proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt. These are custom orders through the manufacturer. Therefore, please allow ample time when ordering.
Engraved items are also non-refundable or returnable due to customization. Unless product is found to be defective.
